Join our team and take on two exciting civil projects in Bargara and Burnett Heads, valued between $2-10 million. You'll be supported by senior management and work alongside experienced site teams to ensure successful delivery.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our first projects in the region, while contributing to our continued growth as we secure and deliver more civil works in the Bundaberg area. About You
You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
- Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment
- Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
- Strong skills in managing client relationships.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
