Watt Utilities is a family-owned energy procurement firm specialising in strata and commercial clients.
We need a high-energy small-to-medium enterprise Account Manager to nurture & grow our SME customer base.
Our success has been built on exceptional customer service and our wonderful, high-performing team. We are open to offering this position on a permanent or part-time basis.
What your day to day will look like:
Prepare accounts for tender and review
Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM & file systems
Collect usage data. Collect bills and confirm they are correct
Get the best price: Review offers & offer clear recommendations
Manage client transfers between SME and C&I segments, retailers, etc.
Attend relevant industry and networking events
To be successful in the role, you will: Maintain & grow a portfolio of SME energy clients
Educate clients on the value Watt Utilities delivers
Guide clients through every stage of the energy cycle
Build deep business relationships with all client contacts
What you'll bring
Highly self-motivated with a proven history in a high-tempo environment
A strong customer service focus with a professional, friendly manner
A target-driven mindset and ability to manage client relationships
Comfortable crunching numbers, technical data, and research
Lightning-fast data entry and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Equally happy collaborating in a team, as working independently
Clear written and verbal communication with clients and suppliers
Confidence with CRM tools, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Experience in Account Management is highly valued, but not essential
Experience in SME or Commercial Energy is highly valued, but not essential
Experience in Strata, Body Corporate or Procurement is valued, but not essential
