This role focuses on Tier 2 monitoring and support across enterprise infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware environments.
It's an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, grow your skills, and contribute to critical business operations.***Remote work with preference for candidates located near Charlotte, NC for onboarding/training and occasional onsite visits.******3rd shift role; 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ***Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Rate: $20 - $27 / hr.
w2 Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive and predictive monitoring and issue resolution for servers, storage, software, and batch job flows.
Support enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware.
Assist in server reboots, monthly patching, and infrastructure-related support requests.
Participate in cross-functional project teams, major incident response, and disaster recovery exercises.
Promote standard processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Top Skills: Foundational IT infrastructure knowledge.
Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of relevant experience(or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix), Microsoft Office tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience: Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure Ability to analyze and document IT problems and solutions Remote work with preference for candidates located near Charlotte, NC for onboarding/training.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
