Purpose

The role of a Kitchen Attendant is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities include cleaning dishware, utensils, and workspaces, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain hygiene by cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual methods
  • Perform rubbish removal, sweeping, and mopping of kitchen floors
  • Disinfect and clean following proper chemical usage protocols
  • Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks such as grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing garnishes, seasonings, and batters

Skills & Experience

  • Practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is advantageous
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivated attitude
  • Ability to work well within a diverse, fast-paced team environment
  • Flexible availability for shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
