About the role

Join the team at Cladcraft Pty Ltd as a full-time Carpenter / Cladding Installer based in Melbourne . This hands-on role is vital to the success of our building projects, requiring skilled tradespeople to expertly install cladding and facade materials on residential and commercial buildings.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measure, cut and install a variety of cladding and facade materials to specification

Follow technical drawings and work closely with project managers to ensure high-quality installations

Troubleshoot any issues that arise and propose solutions to ensure on-time project delivery

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols

Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with other tradespeople

What we're looking for

Skilled carpenter with experience in the installation of architectural cladding

e.g. Alucobond, Mondoclad, Solid Aluminium, Standing Seam, Interlocking and CFC cladding products

Strong practical skills and attention to detail to achieve high-quality, precise work

A relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential

A minimum of one years' work experience in carpentry is required

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations

Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working in a team

A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
