**About the Role**
A successful boutique construction firm specialising in mid-size to large high end residential projects. Driven by high attention to detail and always ensuring quality workmanship.

We are now seeking a 2nd year apprentice carpenter who takes enormous pride in their work. You will be working with a fantastic team and interesting clientele, and it is essential you can communicate well and possess a high level of problem-solving skills. This is a permanent long-term role to start as soon as possible, with a successful family-run business that takes care of its people.

**Duties**:
Undertake high quality Carpentry works including:

- Set out
- Framing
- Fixing and Finishing
- Decking and Cladding
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other tradespeople

**Skills and Experience**:

- Be in your second year of a carpentry apprenticeship
- Have own car and tools
- Be flexible to go between sites when needed
- Be pro-active with the ability to problem solve and plan ahead
- Take pride in your work
- Be reliable and have an excellent work ethic
- Have strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Be a team player
- Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

**How to apply**

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.

Pay: From $29.49 per hour
