About the OpportunityWe have a unique opportunity for a Sales Executive to join Savills Commercial Sales team based in our office at 123 Eagle St Brisbane. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, confident and eager sales professional, keen to further their career within Corporate Real Estate or an experienced Property Sales Agent looking for their next challenge. Key responsibilities- Display an ability to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets
- Provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends
- Focusing on the listing and selling of properties
- Ensure all necessary tasks associated with listing and selling real estate are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
- Be responsible for co-ordination and placement of advertising and marketing material, as well as the preparation of sales contracts and associated correspondence
- Assist with property inspections and auctions to the extent permitted under real estate law
- Ensure agreements are accurately documented and executed by the client and Head of Division in a timely manner
- Be aware of the corporate marketing strategies and assist implementation
- Maintain and improve market knowledge and associated legislation
- Maximise opportunities for the Company
- Submission writing and presenting
- Previous property sales experience across any sector
- High level of initiative
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed
