Job Description of SEO Executive

The SEO Executive is responsible for coordinating and implementing search engine marketing programs for clients.

SEO Executive Skills
  • Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy
  • Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy
  • Communicate with clients, team, and management on strategy, project development, timelines, and results
  • Collaborate on client strategy and goal setting for success
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends
  • Contribute to the company blog and social media communities
SEO Executive Duties
  • Perform keyword research aligned with client objectives to optimize content and find new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations for website structure and content
  • Develop and implement content strategies in line with SEO goals
  • Create marketing content for social media (videos, case studies, blog posts, PDFs, etc.)
  • Develop and execute link building campaigns
  • Manage social media communication strategies in coordination with client goals
  • Implement search engine tools (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools, etc.)
  • Monitor search performance and improve rankings
  • Research and utilize social media tools to support strategies
  • Analyze web analytics to develop and refine SEO strategies
  • Communicate project status and results to team and management
Qualifications
  • UG: Any Graduate or B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA in Computers or related fields; PG: M.Tech or MBA in Computers/IT
  • Strong understanding of SEM and SEO processes
  • Experience with keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, etc.)
  • Experience with CMS platforms and website management
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of PPC and data optimization from organic and paid sources
