About the role
This is a varied role focusing on the client service management of RQI's institutional clients and consultants. Duties include (but are not limited to) client service management such as reporting, presentations, database and questionnaire management, workflow coordination and assistance with compliance matters. Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to institutional and wholesale clients and consultants.
- Responsibility for client reporting including monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and the inclusion of new and evolving requirements.
- Help both domestic and offshore wholesale and institutional sales teams with client queries.
- Create high quality and accurate PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain external consultant research databases.
- Assist in the preparation, compilation and participation in asset management questionnaires and proposal requests.
- Coordinate and respond to ad-hoc client queries as required.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of external marketing materials.
- Assist in maximising business productivity through providing proactive support and organisation of tasks and monitoring of deadlines.

About you
- 1–2 years' experience in funds management, ideally in institutional or wholesale client service, reporting, or RFP roles.
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in Business or Finance).
- Strong organisational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; basic familiarity with AI tools like CoPilot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable, able to work independently, and proactive in supporting team productivity.
- Positive, personable, and team-focused with a growth mindset.
- Committed to confidentiality, stakeholder influence, and continuous technical development (e.g., learning tools like eVestment or FactSet).
- Actively contributes to a positive team culture within RQI, with clients, and across the broader business.
