We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our wonderful kitchen team. Training will be provided to all successful candidates. Job functions include : Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations; Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution; Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards; and Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers; Specific requirements Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments. Excellent interpersonal / listening / communication skills Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm; Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment; Organised and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently; Attention to detail MOST IMPORTANTLY : Consistently upholds Wahlburgers mission, vision, philosophy and core values through leadership by example.
