About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Magnetic Island branch. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the finance industry or seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members, guiding them to successful outcomes by identifying individual needs, problem-solving, and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work at any branch within the Townsville region as needed.

About You

  • Demonstrated sales experience in a retail environment
  • Cash handling experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A demonstrated ability to adapt positively to change
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and work as a supportive team member
  • Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
