About the Role

  • Operate heavy machinery including :

Dozers (CAT D10 / D11)

Graders (CAT 16M, 24M)Loaders (CAT 992, 994)Dump trucks (CAT 795, Hitachi EH5000)Deliver on production targets through effective equipment operation and task execution.Follow Macmahon's safe work procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.Work flexibly across different pit areas and equipment types as required.Conduct thorough pre-start inspections, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs promptly.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring :

Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of heavy mobile equipment in an open-cut mining environmentStrong understanding of safety protocols and hazard managementCurrent Coal Board Medical and Standard 11.Ability to conduct a National Police Check and Drug and alcohol.
