We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe All Rounder to join our team.

This is a casual position, requiring the ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and coffee, operating the register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Barista Skills: Demonstrating expertise in making a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages.
  • Register Operation: Accurately operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions, and managing sales data.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or barista work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
