Production Coordinators at DNEG assist in the smooth running of high-end VFX feature film projects by supporting the production and supervision teams. They ensure the accurate and efficient flow of information.

You will be responsible for ensuring artists understand their schedules, relaying information to the production and supervision teams, coordinating the flow of information and elements between artists and departments. This role requires maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses, coordinating dailies, taking detailed notes, and managing the flow of materials to and from clients.

Must Have
  • Minimum 3+ years of production experience on high-end productions
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing timelines
  • Good knowledge of the VFX feature film production pipeline and departmental functions
  • Experience coordinating and running review sessions (dailies)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with databases
  • Knowledge of FTP software
  • Diploma or equivalent education
  • Aptitude for learning new software
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Shotgun software
  • HTML/Wiki skills
  • Knowledge of FileMaker
