About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Fitter & Turner to support production operations within a busy polyurethane manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery and contributing to the success of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintenance, repair and adjustment of production machinery and equipment
  • Precision fitting of machine components
  • Support in setup and operation of polyurethane casting equipment
  • General maintenance tasks across the workshop
  • Assist with fabrication and tooling requirements as needed
  • Adhere to all WHS and company safety protocols

What We're Looking For :

  • Trade qualified Fitter & Turner
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and safety focus

Job Details :

  • Part-time : 3 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
  • Location : Goulburn NSW
  • Industry : Manufacturing (Polyurethane & Rubber products)
  • Hours : 24 hours / week approximately
  • Pay : Competitive hourly rate based on experience
