Overview

Your new role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Fitter in Adelaide. You will be working for one of the largest glass plants in the Southern Hemisphere. This entails:

  • Working in a team environment and following Work Health & Safety protocols.
  • Maintenance of plant equipment including conveyors and pump systems.
  • Adhere to job competencies to improve workplace performance.

  • Competitive salary - hourly rate is $48.29 plus penalties if worked.
  • Permanent role with stable start and end times.
  • Day shift roster across Monday to Friday. 7am - 3pm.

What you\'ll need to succeed

Along with a proven background as a mechanical fitter you will have;

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Heavy industrial maintenance experience and basic stick welding experience
  • Proof of Work Rights in Australia
  • SA Drivers Licence
  • Able to work as part of an experienced team
  • Good attitude and safety record is a must
  • Be able to pass a full medical, as well as ongoing drug and alcohol testing
