Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Our Gold Coast Locations. Each day will bring new challenges, but also the rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities- Supporting clients with physical disabilities.
- Assisting with household tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation and domestic tasks including cleaning.
- Help clients with daily activities like showering, dressing, toileting, medication management, and wound care.
- Support clients in engaging with community activities and social opportunities.
- Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and healthy, following care plans to promote overall well-being.
- Ensuring delivered support is according to each client's individual needs.
- Must have availability for some weekends and sleepovers
You are an empathetic, caring individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Ideally, you have experience in the disability sector and are committed to providing high-quality, person centered care. You value building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families and thrive in an environment where every day is different.
