Due to growing demand, we're expanding our services to the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads area. We're actively searching for experienced, passionate Support Workers to build a team in the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads area.

Joining our team means that you will be joining an NDIS registered provider that is made up of highly experience, deeply passionate and committed support workers. Our leadership team has also worked as support workers which means we all understand the highs and lows of the role, and we will be here to support you every step of your career journey with us.

We currently have:

  • Two participants located near Tweed Heads that require immediate support
  • We are accepting referrals across the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads which means we are actively reviewing all applications for the area to prepare for new referrals.

Role requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with mental health conditions and/or neurodivergent participants.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (Mental Health qualifications highly regarded)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others

Pay: $35.15 – $95.10 per hour
