We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Sodexo. In this role you will provide finance & administrative support to the Commercial & finance team for our NPI contract. You will work closely with key stakeholders, manage complex financial data, and provide expert financial support to ensure timely and accurate reporting, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Your contributions will be pivotal in improving processes, providing detailed financial insights, and ensuring compliance with the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (NPI, operations, workforce planning) to ensure data accuracy and effective communication.
  • Manage complex financial data, reconciliations, and support month-end reporting, ensuring compliance with group deadlines.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing, revenue recognition, and prepare source data (roster, payroll, inflight, workforce planning trackers).
  • Liaise with operations and workforce planning teams to ensure data integrity for invoicing.
  • Manage the month-end closing process and provide performance analysis to operational teams, supporting decision-making with timely financial insights.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to improve business operations and ensure timely submission of reimbursable invoices.
  • Provide general finance and administrative support as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance, with a strong understanding of NPI contracts and the ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Expertise in financial data management, reconciliation, and month-end reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to building relationships with operational teams.
  • Proficient in financial systems and tools, with experience in developing reports and dashboards.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide valuable financial insights and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous Experience in Finance cost controls/Administration or Finance/Accounting Background.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills including - analyzing data and information and reporting results.
  • An understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
