What you'll be doing
  • Servicing and supporting a range of packaging and automation equipment — including pallet wrappers, case packers, palletisers, and form fill seal machines.
  • Breakdown response, fault finding, routine servicing, and machinery upgrades or installations.
  • Travel to customer sites (local, regional, and interstate) and contribute to continually improving processes with feedback supported by parts coordination and an in-house team.
What you'll bring
  • A mechanical trade qualification or extensive experience working on industrial machinery, ideally in packaging, automation, or manufacturing.
  • A solid understanding of electrical systems — ideally with a Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Confidence working independently and engaging professionally with customers.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel (a fully maintained vehicle is provided).
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and job-tracking systems for reporting.
