Venues NSW is a commercially focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium, as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle, and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres hosts over 5 million people annually at more than 500 events and is a significant contributor to the economy.

About the Role

The Assistant Security and Precinct Manager will support the wider security and operational team to ensure the smooth running of security, asset protection, and traffic management activities during events and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, reviewing security footage, handling invoicing, supporting event logistics, and assisting with documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and communication across departments.

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative support, event coordination, or security operations. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in minute-taking and report preparation, and knowledge of security, event management, and traffic coordination are desirable.
