  • Permanent Role: Full-time positions with stability in high-profile Sydney universities or public precincts.
  • Training & Development: Ongoing upskilling through our in-house Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Prime Locations: Work at a single site, either a university campus or a public precinct, providing focus and consistency in your patrol duties.

As an experienced Security Guard, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This is an active, hands-on role, ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet, with 12-hour shifts spent walking and patrolling your assigned site.

You will work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a visible and professional security presence at your assigned site.

• Conducting proactive foot and vehicle patrols to protect people and assets.

• Monitoring behaviour, enforcing site regulations, and supporting a safe environment.

• Responding to incidents as a first responder, escalating and reporting as required.

• Managing access control, entry points, and maintaining accurate security records.

What You Bring

We're looking for professional guards with:

• A valid NSW 1A Security Licence (minimum 12 months experience preferred).

• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• A Full NSW Driver's Licence.

• NSW RSA competency card.

• Additional certifications (or willingness to obtain): SEINS, Traffic Control, White Card, Fire Warden.

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
