  • Annual salary of $66,176.24 + salary sacrificing + superannuation
  • Provide accessible and tailored support for people with disabilities
What You'll Do
  • Support and guide a small group of employees with disability in their day-to-day work
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and encouragement to help build skills and confidence
  • Help your team settle into the workplace, understand tasks, and feel part of the Defence community
  • Keep simple progress notes and support plans up to date
  • Work closely with Defence staff to ensure work is getting done safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Schedule tasks and help manage workloads
  • Attend training, team meetings, and follow workplace safety and support procedures
What We're Looking For
  • A calm, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Experience working with people with disability is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills to explain tasks clearly and handle different situations
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work well with others and build good relationships with both your team and the Defence crew
  • Australian Citizenship (required to apply for Baseline Security Clearance)
