We are working with a top-tier Australian law firm based in Sydney for a Lawyer to join their Banking & Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Banking & Finance team, advising on a wide range of complex transactional matters including corporate, acquisition and leveraged finance, debt restructuring, and JV structures.

The lawyer will be exposed to both domestic and cross-border transactions, and involves drafting and negotiating key finance documentation, managing deal execution, and advising on structuring and regulatory aspects.

  • 2-4 years' PQE;
  • Strong banking & finance experience;
  • Strong academic background;
  • Willingness to attend business development events;
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills;
  • Client-focused;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
