Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations, from ensuring the store is visually stunning to managing inventory and optimising product displays.
  • Leading and motivating our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable.
  • Problem-solving, resolving challenges and making quick, effective decisions.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team.
  • Deliver business objectives.
