About the RoleThis part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a team that values genuine connection, attention to detail, and premium service. We're focused on taking our service from great to exceptional and are looking for passionate, experienced bar professionals to help us deliver standout hospitality in our iconic setting.
Responsibilities- Based in Joseph's Restaurant & Bar
- Host and serve guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Prepare and present beverages to a high standard, including cocktails and wine
- Build genuine connections with guests and create exceptional experiences
- Be a proud ambassador for the Mansion Hotel & Spa brand
- Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment
- Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge
- Enthusiastic about hospitality and continuous improvement
- Holds a valid RSA certificate
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
- Part-time role with consistent hours in a stunning heritage venue
