Chief Operating Officer – Global Fashion Brand

Are you a strategic and commercially minded operations leader with a passion for fashion and global markets?

We're partnering with a renowned global fashion brand in their search for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team during an exciting phase of international growth and transformation. With a fun and modern outlook, this brand continues to make waves in both established and emerging markets.

As COO, you'll work closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence across all areas of the business, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and innovation. From supply chain and logistics to retail operations and digital transformation, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the brand's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve global operational strategy to support growth and profitability
  • Oversee supply chain, logistics, retail operations, and customer experience across international markets
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of brand and business goals
  • Drive performance and efficiency through data-driven decision-making and best-in-class practices
  • Represent the brand in key global markets and foster strong relationships with local teams and partners

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within fashion, retail, or consumer brands
  • A global mindset, with experience leading in international markets
  • Commercially astute, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on leadership style, collaborative and adaptable
  • Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
