Executive Operations Manager

The Executive Operations Manager will oversee operational functions to achieve operational excellence within the organisation.

This role involves implementing strategic objectives, including localisation, legal and regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and office management.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive success and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing operational strategies aligning with organisational goals in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes for fiscal responsibility.
  • Directing office operations, including facilities and administrative support.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
  • Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational effectiveness.
  • Representing the organisation in various forums and ensuring effective communication.
  • Managing crisis situations and organisational changes for resilience and adaptability.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in senior operational roles, preferably in online gambling or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the Australian market.
  • Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities, managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on stakeholder management.
