Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leading Hand or Junior Site Supervisor located in Central Coast, NSW. Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, the Leading Hand will be responsible for overseeing construction, supervising site activities and subcontractors, ensuring construction safety, conducting inspections, and maintaining clear communication with the Project Team and Builder.

Qualifications

  • Construction knowledge and experience
  • Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
  • Experience with Inspections and Construction Safety
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction or a related field are a plus
  • Not afraid to get dirty
