The Role

As the Victorian Relationship Manager, you'll:

  • Develop and grow key stakeholder partnerships across Victoria.
  • Manage service delivery standards and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within compensable and non-compensable schemes.
  • Represent Prudence Rehab at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
About You

You're a relationship-builder with a strong understanding of occupational rehab, insurance, or workplace health. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the table.

You'll also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or Business (preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in Victoria's Workers' Compensation scheme.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace rehab, injury management, and service delivery.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.
