The day-to-day

  • Own your recruitment desk from end-to-end
  • Build fast, honest relationships with schools and teachers
  • Meet targets, make placements, and celebrate the wins (big and small)
  • Keep learning - we'll back your growth with real support and PD
  • Work hard, have fun, and know you're making a difference in education

You'll need :

  • Strong communication and people skills (on the phone and in person)
  • Sales or recruitment experience (any industry)
  • Results-focused mindset - you get a thrill from closing deals
  • Drive, initiative, curiosity, and a thick skin
