Your Role:

- Partner with clients to understand their workforce needs in Mining & Civil
- Source, screen, and place quality candidates into contract and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and client relationships
- Provide end-to-end recruitment services with a focus on quality and outcomes
- Drive your own success while being supported by a collaborative team

What We're Looking For:
We're open-minded – if you have thedrive, resilience, and people skills, we can teach you the rest.

You might be:

- An experienced recruiter looking to specialise in a thriving sector
- From a sales, HR, or trades background and ready for a career pivot
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn

A background or interest in Mining, Civil, Construction, or Engineering industries is a plus – but not essential.
