What You Will Do
  • Support the delivery of projects and initiatives across community engagement activities with Jabiru and West Arnhem regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across technical disciplines such as complaints and feedback management, social investment and events planning, social performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Jabiru and surrounding communities; participate in local community activities and engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to programs or activities addressing areas of mutual business and community interest with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret data to address specific problems using data analysis tools and stakeholder management systems.
  • Identify and respond to local community and stakeholder issues; represent the business in Jabiru and regional community meetings or forums.
  • Share information with communities and collect feedback; manage social investment commitments and local partnerships, reporting on milestones and performance.
  • Undertake activities to maintain compliance with CSP legal and other commitments.

  • Willingness to learn and a strong interest in developing a career in CSP

Desirable qualifications

  • A relevant qualification (e.g. Social Science, Human Rights, Communications, etc.)
  • Experience in collating community feedback through stakeholder engagement systems to analyse data and inform business decision-making
