Job Description

This role is perfect for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a team environment.

As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth dispatching and receiving of orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience checking delivery sheets.
  • Able to efficiently distribute goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading trucks.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Forklift, Driver's and Picker's Licence (preferred).
