Pick Packing roles involve working in a structured and organised environment, ensuring products are accurately packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch. Successful candidates will perform tasks such as:

  1. Picking and packing products according to orders
  2. Sorting and labelling items for accurate identification
  3. Conducting quality checks to ensure goods meet required standards
  4. Manual handling tasks, including lifting, stacking, and moving goods
  5. Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch
  6. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in line with WHS guidelines

What We Are Looking For: To be successful in these roles, you should be:

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks, lifting, and standing for long periods
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders
  • Team-oriented, as you will be working closely with others to meet daily targets
  • Flexible with availability, as shifts may vary based on demand

Previous experience in warehousing, pick-packing, or production is highly regarded but not essential. Training may be provided for the right candidates.

Shifts & Availability:

  • Day shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Casual on-call roles with potential ongoing opportunities
  • Monday to Friday availability preferred
