Your function

As an Asset Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating / leading the activities of the Asset Sales Hard assets team. Ensuring that the team functions with independence whilst interacting effectively to ensure that risks linked to contract terminations are mitigated. This requires a sharp focus on building work collaborations as the demands of a declining economy present increased recovery workload. You will co-own the Asset Management Income and Risk Cost P+L lines, with solid budgetary input and KPI monitoring, and build a sustainable team structure that encourages member personal development.
