About the Role
Lead our Riverlink and Booval branches in driving strategic growth and delivering personalised financial solutions to our members. We're seeking a dynamic people leader with strong business development and lending expertise to join us as Area Manager for the Ipswich region.
As a key leader, your deep industry insight and lending experience will empower you to mentor your team, uncover new opportunities, and deliver member-first financial outcomes.

About You
- Ability to showcase your strong business development skills with established relationships in the Ipswich community
- Strong lending experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management and conflict resolution
