As an experienced childcare professional from an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background.   • Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required
  • Experience as an Area Manager
  • Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations
  • Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare's internal policies and procedures
  • Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid
  • Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
