Job Title: Warehouse Logistics ManagerAs a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate activities across various areas, including Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and more based on direction from Operations management.Main Responsibilities:
  • You will communicate effectively with your assigned team and support teams to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all employees receive necessary training in line with business requirements to maintain high levels of performance.
  • You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized work area, performing routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks as needed.
  • You will remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business objectives.
  • You will work collaboratively with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and repair equipment in a timely manner.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • You will adhere to established quality procedures, standard work, and work instructions to minimize cost and quality exposures.
  • You will promptly raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
  • You will perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • You will identify and control non-conforming material to prevent substandard products from reaching customers.
Requirements:
  • You must have intermediate level work experience and be proficient in logistics and warehousing practices.
  • Prior experience working with 3PL providers is highly desirable.
  • Certification to operate forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery is essential.
  • A High Risk License (Forklift) is mandatory for this role.
