Responsibilities
  • Assume a leadership role as 2iC with mentoring and clear career progression.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project delivery across diverse sectors, supporting local community outcomes and national reach.
About You
  • RPEQ certified with 7–10+ years' civil engineering experience.
  • Strong communicator, mentor, and team leader.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and engage with clients.
