Our client is a highly successful and well-regarded commercial and residential sub-contractor, which has established itself as a market leader in the residential and commercial construction space in Perth.

The Opportunity

As the Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial functions of the company. This includes bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Handle invoicing and collections
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Support management with financial insights and analysis
About You
  • 4+ years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder, building supplier, or commercial contractor
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and payroll processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
