What You'll Be Doing
  • End-to-end payroll processing (weekly & fortnightly) using Pronto
  • Handling superannuation, PAYG, child support and statutory deductions
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant payroll records
  • Preparing payroll journals, reports, and end-of-year reconciliations
  • Supporting employees and managers with payroll queries
  • Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' payroll experience, must have hands-on Pronto expertise
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, enterprise agreements and tax requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and an eye for numbers and detail
  • Organised, solutions-focused, and able to manage deadlines effectively
  • A great communicator who thrives both independently and in a team setting
