Accounting and advisory firm in Malvern seeking an experienced Office/Administration Manager to join our team. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate.
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience in a similar role (accounting/professional services preferred)
Strong knowledge of ATO & ASIC portals, Xero, MYOB, XPM & Nimbus
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
What you'll be doing
Preparing and lodging corporate documents
Supporting accountants with workflow & client admin
