ABOUT THE ROLE

As Retail Operations Manager for Cotton On Brands Globally, you'll develop here and now frameworks to deliver open-to-close operational efficiency, enabling store teams to focus on customer engagement and driving sales.

• Partner with global teams and senior leadership to drive operational continuous improvement and productivity gains

• Delivers operational efficiency through standard operating procedures, technology utilization and loss prevention strategies, milestone calendar

• Seeks country insights and recommendations on wage productivity and P&L initiatives

You're curious, disruptive and an influential Retail Operations Expert who thrives in fast-paced environments. You always find a way to get things done while keeping it simple and focused on the bigger picture. Your attention to detail allows you to juggle multiple tasks with ease and you're comfortable using the latest tech to keep everything running smoothly. Building strong relationships across teams and approaching problems with genuine care comes naturally - retail experience is a big bonus
