About the Role

This is more than bookkeeping, this is a hands-on, high-trust role where you'll help shape the way we track performance, manage finances, and make decisions.

You'll lead the finance function day-to-day, working closely with our GM and experienced Office Manager, and assisting in mentoring junior staff.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing all accounts receivable/payable functions
  • Customer and supplier account management and reconciliations
  • Payroll processing, superannuation compliance, and MYOB reporting
  • Monthly BAS/IAS lodgements and broader ATO compliance
  • Month-end close, journals, and credit card reconciliation
  • Retail and online transaction reconciliation
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Leading process improvement and clean systems
  • Working closely with our external accountant and advisor team

About You

  • You've gotat least 8 years' experiencein finance, bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • You hold aCert IV, Diplomaor significant experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping, ideally in FMCG, wholesale or manufacturing industries.
  • You're confident in MYOB, Excel and reconciliation processes
  • You take pride in being organised, accurate, and reliable
  • You're calm under pressure and a clear communicator
  • You already live in or near Dubbo, or are ready to make the move and are looking for a long-term, stable role.
