Customer Service Officer

Looking for a proactive, solution-focused Customer Service Officer to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls in a call centre environment, resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct outbound calls to investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle high volume calls with a focus on quick and effective resolution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or high-volume call centre settings.
  • Experience with effectively managing high-pressure situations and handling complaints with professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain strong time management skills.
  • Take ownership of issues while ensuring they are communicated and resolved efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
