Responsibilities
  • Craft a variety of beverages to a high standard
  • Welcome guests with a smile and engage with parents and caregivers to cater to their needs and preferences
  • Become a menu expert by offering recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Take orders with warmth and care
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized while following strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with organizing fun-filled birthday parties and special events
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a barista role
  • Strong skills and knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly face with great personal presentation
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences for families
  • Clean and tidy personal presentation
  • A team player who's ready to jump in and make a difference
  • Full availability to work across shifts during operational hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
