The RoleWe're on the hunt for a Growth & Strategy Lead (aka our sales & marketing quarterback). You'll have full autonomy to own DUNK's growth strategy, while reporting KPI's and finance tracking directly to our Financial Director. This role is perfect for someone who's hungry to scale an agency, thrives on hitting targets, and knows how to blend strategy, creativity, and sales. You'll be the one driving new business, leading our growth campaigns, and making sure DUNK is front and centre in the eCommerce & marketing world.
What You'll Do- Drive overall growth of DUNK Agency (MoM & YoY revenue targets).
- Manage inbound + outbound pipelines (warm leads & cold outreach via Pipedrive).
- Run discovery & sales calls (confident talking numbers and pricing).
- Create & execute sales strategies aligned with agency goals.
- Prepare proposals via Ignition & manage client billing alongside Operations.
- Keep agency revenue + lead trackers up to date and optimised.
- Marketing & Campaigns: Oversee DUNK's paid ad strategy (Media Team to run campaigns).
- Own lead-gen for our 4 main services: Full Management, Paid Media, EDM & DUNK League (our ecommerce coaching program).
- Collaborate with EDM + design teams on killer flows for DUNK (welcome, nurture, re-engagement).
- Script and plan creative ads for Meta, working with the creative team.
- Build/brief high-converting landing pages in ClickFunnels.
- Marketing Systems & Website: Ensure sales funnels + onboarding processes are optimised
- Manage tools: Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Zapier
- Oversee website updates + optimisation with external developers
- Social Media & Content: Write captions, schedule content, keep up an 8 posts/month cadence + stories.
- Build & manage our content bank (photo + video assets).
- Industry & Events: Hunt down the best eComm/marketing events (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan DUNK's participation for max visibility + networking.
- Represent DUNK on stage and confidently speak at events & panels.
- Lead onboarding for new Paid Media, EDM & UGC clients.
- Run eCommerce strategy calls
- Deliver profitability analyses & growth plans for new/existing clients.
- Mentor and coach DUNK employees alongside our Lead Media Manager.
- Level up the team's skill sets across client comms, sales training & industry best practices.
- Proven eCommerce or agency experience (must-have).
- Deep knowledge of paid media (Meta & Google), Klaviyo EDM, client profitability models.
- A quick thinker who brings energy and positivity to the team.
- Confident communicator. Comfortable leading sales calls & strategy sessions.
- Skilled with systems: Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Zapier.
- Social media savvy with hands-on content experience.
- Numbers-driven, organised, KPI-focused.
- Full autonomy to shape our growth strategy.
