Senior/Tech Lead - AI Development

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior/Tech Lead in AI Development.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for AI and software development to lead our Digital Engineering team in delivering innovative AI-driven software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional software development experience, including production ML/AI experience, and a deep familiarity with transformers and orchestration stacks such as LangChain v0.2+, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models that address complex business challenges
