We're searching for a passionate and innovative Business Systems Developer to help design, build, and improve the digital solutions that drive our business forward.

About the role

As a Business Systems Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating software solutions that streamline our processes and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with product owners, business teams, and end-users to craft exceptional user and customer experiences.
• Translating ideas into action and turning business needs into technical requirements and ensure every solution adds value.
• Enhancing user experiences and designing intuitive UX/UI features that make doing business with Solvar seamless and enjoyable.
• Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and aligning out tech solutions with business goals.
• Upholding quality and security and delivering robust, maintainable, and secure solutions while managing risks effectively.
• Staying ahead of the curve with technologies like low code, .Net, PHP, SQL Server, and Azure cloud.

About you

You have a strong foundation of databases and developing high performance systems, preferably with some exposure to any low-code platforms. You thrive in a collaborative, fast paced agile environment. You're a natural problem-solver with a talent for developing outstanding software solutions and automating workflows that drive efficiency.
